Carne Picada Burritos

Heat oil over medium heat in a large saut pan. Add onions and cook about 20 minutes, taking care not to burn. Add tri-tip and jalapenos to onions. Increase heat to high. Brown meat 2 min. Add tomatoes, garlic, beef cubes, salt and pepper, cooking until tomatoes soften.

Serve in warm tortillas. Makes about 10, 7-8 inch burritos.
