Emily Anns Microwave Caramel Popcorn

Put popcorn in a large paper bag. In a small saucepan heat brown sugar, margarine, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Add salt and soda. Stir to combine.

Pour caramel over popcorn in bag. Stir to coat. Roll down bag to close. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove bag from microwave and shake or stir. Microwave 1 more minute. Shake out onto a tray to cool.
