Italian Hot Chocolate

Chop the chocolate into small pieces

Mix together the cocoa, cornstarch, and powdered sugar.

Place the milk on low heat. When it is hot but before it boils, add the powdered mixture and whisk to combine. Once bubbles form on the surface of the heating milk, add the chocolate and stir to desired consistency.

Remove from the heat so it doesn't over-thicken!

Serve immediately with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
