Cream butter, add cornstarch, powdered sugar, and flour.

Scoop cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (Do not brown.)Remove from oven and let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.

Once the cookies are cool, ice with frosting.

For frosting:

Cream the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Add vanilla and a couple of drops of food coloring.
