Willards Wonderful Waffles

Mix the dry ingredients together. Then separate the eggs. Combine the egg yolks with the milk and the oil. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until firm, but not stiff. Gently fold the egg whites into the waffle batter.
